The Double A Rewards (‘program’) is open to all corporate and government dept customers who fully complete the Double A Rewards Enrolment Form and place orders for A4 and/or A3 sized Double A papers through any authorized Double A Dealers or Distributors. This program is not open to printers, copy centres, dealers and resellers of paper.

All completed enrolment forms can either be mailed to Double A or faxed to 03-7877 5920

The persons whose name is used in the enrolment form will be considered the representative of the Company/Department enrolling onto this program. Any change during the tenure of this program should be communicated to Double A. Points earned by a Member Company/Department are not transferable. Any duplicate enrolment form of any sort will be considered as a single enrolment.
- Each representative of the Company/Department is only allowed ONE enrolment.

The choice of Rewards being redeemed should be indicated based on the points collected and verified as on the date of the Redemption Request.

The purchasing quantity of each Company/Department enrolled into the Program will be tracked using information gathered from all Double A Paper Delivery Order slips received. Please note that a clear photocopy of the Delivery Order Slips is required to be faxed on a regular basis to 03- 7877 5920 and must include the Company/Department representative’s signature and stamp. Points will be credited only for purchases made where the Delivery Order is received within 30 days from the date of supply of the paper. Points will be credited only for purchases of A4 and/or A3 paper made after 1 st July 2004 or the date of enrolment, whichever is later.

For status of points, DoubleA may send out e-mail communications from time to time. Should the Company/Department not have any e-mail address, the member/representative may contact the hotline at 03- 7492 4428 or log on to
www.doublea.com.my to enquire points status.

The Rewards of this program are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The selected Rewards of this Program will be given to the member within three weeks by courier or through a voucher system from the respective supplier of the Rewards.

Should the selected Rewards chosen by the member become unavailable, another similar Reward of a similar value will be offered.

Double A reserves the right to disqualify any enrolled member of this program in the event if any indiscretion to the terms and conditions is detected.

Double A also reserves the right to verify with any of the enrolled customers on their purchasing methods and quantity during the tenure of this program.

This program commences from 1st July 2004 and may be terminated or modified at any point of time but not before 31st December 2004, at the discretion of DoubleA, and by sufficient prior intimation to the enrolled members. Top up Promotions may be announced from time to time by Double A.

In addition to the above, Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Partners may apply from time to time pertaining to black-out dates for redemption, reservations, etc. These will be communicated, where applicable, at the time of Reward Redemption.
